David will be one of about 200 speakers who will make presentations at the 41st Annual NCSM Conference, April 20 – 22, 2009 in Washington, DC. NCSM is "a mathematics leadership organization for educational leaders that provides professional learning opportunities necessary to support and sustain improved student achievement." This conference attracts 1500 – 1800 educators with a variety of mathematics leadership interests and responsibilities, and will be followed by the NCTM (National Council of Teachers of Mathematics) Annual Meeting in Washington.
